FREE Exchange on Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products!
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, Moorish.pk will provide a free exchange. An unboxing video showing the parcel seal being opened is mandatory, and the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Open Parcel Facility:
Customers can open and inspect their parcel before accepting it and making payment. Please check your order carefully at the time of delivery.
Change of Mind / Return / Exchange:
If you accept the parcel and later change your mind, do not like the product, or want a different product, a Rs. 799/- return/exchange charge will apply.
Return Conditions:
Approved returns/exchanges must be unused and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Used, stained, altered, or customer-damaged products will not be accepted.
Refund Processing:
For approved returns, the refund will be processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned parcel and verify the order and payment details. The applicable Rs. 799 return charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Important:
Once the parcel has been checked and accepted by the customer, change-of-mind returns/exchanges will only be processed according to the above policy.
