You have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns only exchanges.

In the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Instructions for how to send your item back
All exchanges should be sent to:
Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan
(Full address will be provided upon approval of the exchange.)
Note: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchange Only — No Refunds
We do not offer refunds or standard returns. If you'd like a different item, you may exchange your original item for another product or variant, based on availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We’ll make it right by offering an exchange at no extra cost.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept exchanges on the following:
