2. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 4 to 8 working business days nationwide.
• Delivery time may vary for remote areas, bad weather, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout. Free delivery may be offered during promotions.

4. Open Parcel Policy (Allow to Open Before Receiving)

Your satisfaction and peace of mind matter to us. Moorish.pk allows customers to open the parcel before accepting it under the following conditions:

✔ Conditions for “Allow to Open”

• You must inform the Moorish.pk team in advance if you want the “Allow to Open” service.
• After your request, our team will place a note on the parcel instructing the courier to allow opening before receiving.
• The rider/courier must be present while you open the parcel.
• You may check only the contents of the package (product, size, color, quantity).
• If the product is missing, broken, or incorrect, you may refuse the parcel and immediately inform us.

✔ Important Notes

• You cannot use, test, or try the product before payment — only visual inspection is allowed.
• If the item is correct and matches your order, you must accept and pay for the parcel.
• If the product appears damaged during opening, you must record a clear video from start to end while opening the parcel and share it with the Moorish.pk team.
• Any dispute after the parcel is accepted will be handled through our return and exchange policy.

5. Damaged / Wrong Product on Delivery

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

• Record a video or take pictures of the parcel and product.
• Contact Moorish.pk customer support within 24 hours.
